What is Concierge Medicine?
Concierge medicine is a form of VIP medical care where patients have personalized 24/7 access to their private doctors at all times when they need medical care or any questions.
The patients are attended to based on their need and convenience and they are never rushed during their visit. Patients can discuss all their medical needs and spend as much time with their personal doctor as they need to.
Concierge doctors will perform complete physical examination and blood work using state of the art laboratory facility and will discuss the results with the patients and attend to any abnormal results to ensure patients' optimal health and strive towards longevity of life.
All physical exams and lab tests are complimentary. All visits throughout the year are included in the annual fee. In many cases patients' visits could be processed with their insurance company to assist in deductible coverage.
Patients have peace of mind that they always have their personal doctor if they need any assistance no matter where they are even when they are travelling. Dr. Poormehr will have access to all 50 state's pharmacies for prescriptions. In addition, in case of international travel, we are able to provide emergency medications should the need arise.

Coastal Concierge Primary Care was founded by Dr. Poormehr after more than 35 years of caring for families in South OC, including operating an urgent care practice in San Juan Capistrano. He understands the rhythms of life in South Orange County—the active schedules, the frequent travel, and the desire for healthcare that adapts to your priorities rather than forcing you to adapt to a system.
Dr. Poormehr's approach is grounded in accountability and long-term relationships. He's not interested in seeing as many patients as possible in a day—he's focused on delivering care that makes a real difference.
